On 10 May 2022, the Long Night of the Consulates took place again in Hamburg. Balticoro was invited by the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia, Dr. Sabine Sommerkamp-Homann, to take part in the evening at the Latvian Consulate on Neuer Wall. After a long break due to Corona, we gladly accepted the invitation and were happy to finally be able to perform again.

Dressed in festive Latvian costumes - some even with flower wreaths - we sang four Latvian folk songs under the direction of Leonard Willscher. The audience thanked us with enthusiastic applause. Strengthened by a Balzams and the good Laima chocolate, the second performance went even better. We enjoyed the evening at the Latvian Consulate very much!
